I have other health issues like MDS and it effects me a lot. I do take magnesium and a probiotic.

I have cut out dairy,except for a minimum amount in oatmeal and a very small amount in a decaf coffee twice a day. I will drink more water. With all these changes, have I covered everything that has to be done to cope with IBS ?
